5.4.1 Start-up and Shutdown

The unit has four operation modes: Cool, dehumidifier, fan, sleep.
Note:
The air conditioner stops if the room temperature is lower than selected temperature.
•
Press POWER to turn the unit on.
•
Press MODE button to select the desired operation mode.
•
Press POWER again to turn off the power.
•
Select the cool mode to lower the temperature in your room. Press MODE button repeatedly until
the COOL indicator lights up.
•
Press Up / Down button to adjust the temperature which is displayed on the screen. The temperature
can be set between 16ºC and 32ºC.
•
Press SPEED button repeatedly until the desired fan speed indicator lights up.
•
To control the direction of the air flow horizontally, please adjust the inner louver by hand.
•
Press MODE button repeatedly until the FAN indicator lights up. In ventilation mode the room air is
circulated, but not cooled.
•
Press SPEED button repeatedly to select the fan speed as desired.
•
Press the MODE button on the control panel until the DRY operation LED lights or press the DRY
button on the remote control. In this mode, the fan runs automatically at low speed and it is not
possible to change the fan speed.
•
Connect the hose to the condensate drain located at the rear of the bottom of the unit.
Note:
In this mode, the fan speed switches over to low speed and cannot be selected.
•
This function can only be turned on / off with the remote control.
•
Sleep mode can be activated in cooling mode.
•
In cooling mode, after 1 hour, the set temperature will be increased by 1°C, and after each
additional hour, the set temperature will be increased by another 1°C.
5.4.3. Timer setting (in the range 1-24h)
The timer in this device can work in two ways:
•
To set the switch-off time (when the device is turned on):
• Press the Timer button to activate the timer function.
• Press the Up / Down button to set the switch-off delay time.
•
To set the on time (when the device is off):
• Press the Timer button to activate the timer function.
• Press the Up / Down button to set the delay time for turning on the device.
•
To cancel the timer settings:
• Press the Up / Down
• Down button several times until the LED shows „00”. Attention! Pressing the POWER button
will also exit the timer setting.
