Crown wheel - Front wheel

Fig. Crown wheel

The crown wheel must be lubricated every 50 h. 1
lubricating nipple located on the right front wheel, on
the right-hand side of the crown wheel. 5 pump
strokes with manual grease gun.

Use grease as per the lubricant specification.

Side plates - Check

The side plates are located on either side of the milling
drum (1, 2).

Check that the side plates slide in their tracks (3)
without catching. Clean the tracks daily of milled
material.

Check that the side plates are properly secured, and
tighten the retaining screws if necessary.

To access the left-hand side plate, open the rear door
on the machine.

Replace the side plates if necessary, see
"Replacement, side plates".
