Camera – Exposure
The exposure is the amount of light received by the image sensor and is determined by the width of the lens
diaphragm opening, the amount of exposure by the sensor (shutter speed), and other exposure parameters. From
the
Exposure
page, users can select either Full Auto mode or adjust the parameters of the Shutter Priority, Iris
Priority, or Manual mode for optimized video output in accordance with the operating environment.
Full Auto Mode
If
Full Auto
is selected, exposure parameters are set automatically.
Shutter Priority Mode
When selecting this mode, a fixed shutter speed is set, while iris and gain vary automatically accordingly. The range
of shutter speed is from 1/10000 to 1/25.
Iris Priority Mode
In this mode, the iris value is fixed, while gain and shutter speed vary automatically accordingly. The value of iris is
adjustable from F1.6 to F28.
Manual Mode
In this mode, users can manually specify the Shutter speed (1/10000 to 1/25), Iris (F1.6 to F28), and Gain (1 to 15).
