6.8  Setting the closing way

Rule:

Set the closing way of the needle thread scissors so that the clamping
surface of the mobile scissors part moves completely underneath the
thread clamping sheet. Both cutting edges must overlap.

Setting:

–

Turn on the machine.

–

Call up the checking/setting programme 

"F - 020"

  and move the

knife block down and up.
The needle thread scissors will be opened.

–

Lift the sewing basket, the needle thread scissors will be closed.

–

Set the closing way by the eccentric bush
