2.9.2 Opening the thread tension for the first bartack

Rule:

The upper thread tension

should open when the stitches are

changed from the right to the left lip.

Setting:

–

Turn the crank until the machine stands short from the first bartack.

–

Continue turning the hand wheel and watch at the same time the
stitch position lever

as well as the needle thread tension

–

Loosen the screws

–

Displace the releasing sheet

according to the

Rule

and tighten

the screws
