Touch to access recipe programming,
diagnostics, training materials, cleaning
procedures and other tools.
Main Screen

Recipe Buttons
Turns Blue when
recipe is selected.
Power/Cancel Button
Continuous press will
canel active recipes
and change to idle
screen (below).
Recipe Start Button
Touch to start selected
recipe.
Sanitizer Start Button
If equipped press play
to start the sanitizer
system.
AUDIBLE ALARMS
The K-5000 has various audible alarms as shown below.
1 chirp Keystroke acknowledgement
2 short chirps Recipe complete notification
Wash Water Temperature
Displays current wash
water temperature.
Use +/- to adjust wash
water temperature.
Idle Screen
Shown after the display
is idle for 10 minutes
