Failure to completely remove sanitizer
or water from the freezing cylinder
before placing in "AUTO" will damage
the freezer.

seconds for "Dairy
Queen" mix (

yogurt mix), then close the air relief
plugs and wait for the pumps to fill
the cylinders and shut off.
10. After the cylinders are pressurized
and the pumps have cycled off, turn
the selector switches to "AUTO".
11. Allow the freezer to cycle for 15
minutes. The product should now be
ready to serve.
12. The product temperature should be
18°F (-8°C) and have an overrun of
40-45%. If the temperature is incor-
rect by only a small margin, (less
than 2°F or 1°C) allow the machine a
few extra minutes to regulate itself.
13. If the overrun is incorrect (see sec.
10.4), do not make any adjustments
until another reading has been made
after one full cylinder of mix has
been served. Overbleeding or
underbleeding of the air through the
air relief plug can cause slightly
incorrect overrun for the first cylinder
