Wash all parts removed from the
freezer thoroughly with dish deter-
gent soap. Clean the following
parts with the appropriate supplied
brush:
a. The mix containers, hoses, and
bag adaptors (if used).
b. The dispense head spigot
openings, center spigot ports, O-
ring grooves, dispense nozzles,
and mix ports. (Figure 6-4)
c. The shaft cup seals, bushings,
and O-rings, spigot O-ring grooves
(Figure 6-5), and any nozzles or
extensions used. (Figure 6-4)
d. The air relief plug O-ring
grooves.
e. The beater shaft and the scraper
blade pin holes. (Figure 6-7)
Important:
Do not leave parts in sanitizer for
more than 15 minutes.
