5 Operator Controls
A.
“CLEAN”
(Left Position) - This
position operates the beater only
(no refrigeration). Always use this
position for cleaning and sanitizing
procedures.
B.
“OFF”
(Center Position) - In this
position the beater motor and
refrigeration system will not oper-
ate.

C.
“AUTO”
(Right Position) - This
position activates both the beater
motor and refrigeration unit. This is
the normal operating position.
IMPORTANT:
DO NOT use the AUTO position with
water or sanitizer in the cylinder. The
freezer will be damaged.

The following paragraphs describe the
operator controls and indicators. Refer to
figure 5-1 for location of these controls
and indicators on the freezer.
NOTE:
The head must be in place before
the beater will operate.
This three-position switch controls the functions of your freezer.
