DUKE Model 957R Soft Serve Freezer

14 SEAL - SHAFT

Seals the opening between the freezing

cylinder and the beater shaft. Do not

lubricate rubber cup portion.

15 O-RING-SEAL

Seals the beater shaft to the shaft seal.

Is inserted into the seal bushing.

Must

be lubricated.

16 REMOTE MIX TRANSFER (RMT)

SYSTEM with Shelf (Accessory)

Transfers mix and air from cooler to the

freezing cylinder. See (RMT manual.)

11 SHAFT - BEATER

Rotates in the freezing cylinder, blending

air and mix and ejecting product.

12 BUSHING - CYLINDER

Holds the beater in place at the

front of the cylinder.

13 BLADE - SCRAPER

Scrapes the frozen product from the

freezing cylinder wall.
