Replacing Non-Repairable Items

Replacing the Lip Seals Every 2 Years

•

Lift the toggle

and take out the expiratory valve.

Fig. 4:

Removing the Expiratory Valve

•

Use, for example, a spherical-head 2.5 mm screwdriver to remove the old lip seals

. Insert the new

lip seals and make sure they fit properly.

Fig. 5:

Re-mount the expiratory valve. To do so, lift up the toggle and place the expiratory valve to the front
using the guide rods.

•

Lock the expiratory valve with the toggle
