Replacing Non-Repairable Items

Babylog 8000

Replacing the O

Sensor Capsule

•

Remove the slotted-head screws

in the cover on the right-hand side and carefully pull the cover out.

•

Pull the spent O

sensor capsule out of its mount.

•

Insert the new O

sensor capsule into the mount (the ring-shaped conductors must show towards the

cover).

•

Push the cover in place and secure it with the screws

•

Calibrate the O

sensor manually.

Calibration is carried out automatically every 24 hours during operation.

Calibration should be carried out manually after replacement of the sensor capsule.

Calibration can be carried out manually at any time.
