Data management
●
Data saved in microSD card is not displayed.
Reattach the microSD card. → P134
● Data transfer is not performed.
Do you use USB HUB? If you use USB HUB, operations
may not be performed correctly.
● "No thumbnail" appears when displaying images/Gray
frame appears in the image list
"No thumbnail" or a gray frame may appear if image data
is broken.
■ Bluetooth
● The terminal cannot be connected to a Bluetooth device/
A Bluetooth communication device cannot be found
from the terminal.
Make Bluetooth device (commercially available)
registering stand-by state and then register the device on
the terminal. If you delete already registered device and
register the device again as a new device, delete the
registrations on both the terminal and Bluetooth device
(commercially available), and then perform registration of
the devices.

Calls cannot be made from the terminal connected to an
external device such as car navigation or handsfree
device.
If calls are made several times when the other party does
not answer or is out of service, the call to this number
may be disabled. In this case, turn the terminal OFF and
ON.

Maps/GPS function
●
Cannot set AUTO-GPS service information.
• Is AUTO-GPS function disabled due to battery low? If
AUTO-GPS is disabled by Lower-power operation
settings, AUTO-GPS service information cannot be set.
In this case, set Lower-power operation settings to [Not
suspend] or charge the battery.

• Is GPS function set to OFF? When GPS function is OFF,

Others
● When performing fingerprint authentication or
registering fingerprints, [Swipe was too short] or [Swipe
was too slow], etc. appears when you do not touch the
fingerprint sensor.
Possible cause is that the surface of the fingerprint sensor
is wet or condensed of moisture. Wipe water off with a
soft cloth before use.
● Screen display turns off when using the fingerprint
sensor.
The terminal goes into sleep mode by pressing the
fingerprint sensor. Slide your finger over the fingerprint
sensor not pressing the sensor.

Fingerprint authentication is unavailable when
connecting terminal with a PC, etc.
When connecting the terminal using a USB cable to a
device which requires grounding such as a desktop PC,
make sure that the device is grounded in advance. If the
connected device is not grounded, fingerprint
authentication may be unavailable. In such a case,
disconnect the terminal from the device and retry
fingerprint authentication.
