The screen freezes and the terminal cannot be turned
off.
If the screen does not respond or the power cannot be
turned off, press and hold
P
for 8 seconds or more to
reboot the terminal forcibly.
* Note that data and settings may be erased since that is an operation for
rebooting forcibly.
● Cannot charge the battery/The indicator LED does not
turn on or blinks
• Is the battery pack attached correctly? → P29
• Is the adapter's power plug or cigarette lighter plug
inserted to the outlet or cigarette lighter socket
correctly?
• In case of using an optional AC Adapter 04, is the
microUSB plug of AC adapter connected to the terminal
correctly?

• For using the included desktop holder, is microUSB
plug connected to the desktop holder correctly? → P32
• Is the charging terminal of the terminal dirty when you
use the included desktop holder? If it is dirty, clean it
with a dry cloth or cotton swab.
• Is a PC turned on when you use the PC connection USB
cable T01 (optional) or Micro USB Cable 01 (optional)?
• If you call, perform communication or operate functions
for a long time while charging the battery, temperature
of the terminal may be raised and the indicator LED
(red) may turn off. In high temperature status, the
terminal stops charging for safety. Wait a while until the
temperature is lowered and retry to charge.

Suddenly the terminal is shut down or rebooted
If the contacts of the battery pack is soiled, connection
gets worse and it may cause power to be turned off. If it is
dirty, clean the contacts of the battery pack with a dry
cotton swab etc.

No operations are performed even by pressing keys.

● The operation time provided by the battery is short.
• Running multiple applications increases battery
consumption and usage time may become short. Exit

• Is the terminal left for a long time under the state of out
of service area? Out of service area, a lot of power is
consumed to search available radio waves.
• The operation time provided by the battery pack varies
by the operating environment and battery deterioration.
• The battery pack is a consumable part. Each time it is
charged, time available with each charging reduces.
When the operation time is too short with the battery
fully charged, purchase a specified battery pack.
