When driving
Using a mobile phone while driving is subject to penal
regulations. However, absolutely necessary cases such as
rescue of a sick person or maintaining public's safety are
exempted.

In public places such as a theater, movie theater or
art museum
Using the terminal in quiet public places will likely bother
other people.
