LUBRICATION OF THE SAW - BAND
Floop cooling is standard equipment of the saw. If there is not MINI LUBE in the equipment of the machine,
the emultion pump is controlled by a logic of the machine – the cooling of the blade is only in the cutting
cycle of the machine. The emulsion leads to both guides and joint supply on the vice (if it is delivered with
the machine). The operator can regulate the amount of the emulsion using ball joints on individual supplies.
Use only coolants supplied by the DoALL company at the recommended blending ratios. Make sure you
attach the milling reservoir, emulsion tank or waste-free lubricating system (applicator) in the proper
locations. When handling the coolant wear impermeable gloves and goggles. The emulsion might injure
your eyes.
When blending the coolant, always pour the concentrate into water while stirring it continuously.
All necessary information is printed on the canister or in the accompanying documents.

HOW TO SET THE ADJUSTABLE END STOP
1) Loose the safety screw

3) Tighten the safety screw

4) Put the material in to the vice and move it carefully to the end stop. Be careful not to damage the
adjsutable end stop by material movement !

HANDLING THE MATERIAL
The sawn and cut-off material should be handled with a crane and cloth sling to prevent damage to the
frame of the machine (e.g. the roller, bearing housings, supports, etc.). Pay due attention to handling the
material. If parts are damaged as the result of improper handling, the warranty claim will be rejected.
NOTE:
It is not allowed to move the material with a magnet when gauging with a magnetic ruler, or to
use a magnet in the immediate vicinity of the magnetic gauging device. Failure to comply with this rule will
result in violation of the claim rights!!!
