INSTRUCTIONS FOR TRANSPORT   

 

Use  a  forklift  truck  (low  or  high)  when  moving  the  machine  a  short  distance.  Note:  To  avoid  equipment 
damage,  only  use  personnel  who  have  a  forklift  certificate  to  transport  the  machine.    When  moving  the 
machine, insert the forklift forks in places that are marked with a label. 
Fasten all loose parts to the machine. Use nylon rope or stretch wrap to secure the arm to the vice.

When transporting the equipment on a truck, use nylon ropes to fastened the machine down in the loading 
area.

WARNING:

  The  customer  is  totally  responsible  for  the  product  shipment  cost  incurred  from  the 

manufacturer's location to the customer's installation location. This includes the freight carrier's expenses for 
safe transport of the machine. 

 

7.

 

DIRECTIVES FOR STORAGE  

 
When the machine will be placed in storage, cover the control panel and drive motor with stretch wrap. Treat 
the machined and unpainted surfaces on the machine with rust preventative oil (Cosmoline) . The storage 
temperature range for the machine is: 32 to 104°F.
