part of the material – to level the material).
Use the handle and readjust the movable jaw, so that the material is slightly clamped.
Move with the handle of one turn back. Between the jaw and material arises necessary clearance 2 to 5

GUIDE POSITION ADJUSTMENT
The position of front guides of the blade - try to set the position of front guides as close the opened clamping
part as possible.
The right setting of the movable guide influences the quality and precisity of the cut a lot. There is the rule
that the blades should be supported on both sides as close the material as possible. Supporting is ensured
by guides.
Position of the movable guide – is determined by the width of the clamped material. Set the guide so that is
as close the movable jaw of the main vice ( when jaws are opened). If it is necessary, adjust the movable
covers of the blade.
WARNING:
After setting of the movable guide allways check following :
1)
if there is not a collision with the movable part of the vice ( opened jaws) in the whole extend
of the arm lift.
2)
setting of the down working position. The guide must not hit into the cutthrough desk. (Rule
– the closer is the movable guide to the firm guide, the lower must be situated the the sensor of
the down position)

Do not leave any objects (not even cut material) under the saw arm while the saw is
switched off. The saw arm may drop due to a change in the hydraulic oil temperature and small leaks in the
hydraulic system. The saw blade may be damaged.
