PREPARATIONS BEFORE CUTTING
After unpacking the saw and before connecting to the mains, it is necessary to remove the transport bracket.
The brackets are orange and are marked in the picture.
Before being shipped to the customer's site, the machine is inspected and tested for proper operation by
qualified personnel at DoALL.
All screws of the hydraulic system must be well tightened. Use two spanners for tightening the screws, one is
for socket, one is for nut.
To prevent the unpainted surfaces on the machine from rusting, the milled parts and surfaces are greased.
The sliding surfaces, especially on the base, vice, and linear leading are greased to ensure effortless
movement and reduce mechanical wear. These spots also collect a lot of chips and dust (pos. 1, 2 and 3)

It is necessary to remove the protective grease off the machine before the initial machine start.
