0‐9,  decimal  point,  +/‐

.  These  keys  are  used  to 

enter values for that function. Enter them in order 
including the decimal point.

CLR (clear)

. This will clear the entry in the display. 

6.

 

DEL  (delete)

.  Pressing  this  key  will  delete  the  last 

keystroke entered. 

 

If you make an error in entering data, just press 
the  DELETE  or  CLEAR  key,  correct  or  reenter 
your value and press the OK key. 

 

7.

 

ENTER

.  Pressing  this  key  will  enter  the  data  into 

memory and then will return to the previous screen. 

 

View Screen 

 

Number  in  text  refers  to  identical  number  on 
illustration.

Displays the current job number performed. 

2.

 

LENGTH

.  Displays  length  for  current  job.  When 

different  lengths  are  required,  see  chapter  SETUP 
FOR A JOB later in this section. 

3.

 

MOVE  QTY

.  Displays  actual  position  of  the  index 

vise. 

4.

 

QTY

 (quantity). Displays the number to be cut. 

5.

 

COUNT

. Displays the quantity that has been cut. 

6.

 

MODE  SET

.  Used  to  select  operation  mode.  Press 

the  MANUAL  key  for  entering  manual  operation 
mode. Press the AUTO key for entering automatic 
mode. 

7.

 

FN

(function).  Pressing  this  key  will  take  the 

operator to other screens as described earlier. 

8.

 

Displays the current date. 

9.

 

COOLANT

.  When  the  machine  is  not  in  cutting 

operation, push on 

O

 (changes into 

I

) will start the 

coolant  pump.  Press  again  to  stop  the  flow.  Press 
the AUTO key before cutting operation. The coolant 
will  automatically  flow  when  the  saw  blade  is 
running. When cutting stops, the coolant flow will 
stop.

Displays the current time.

LAMP

. Switches to turn lamp on (

I

) or off (

O

).

COUNTED

.  In automatic  mode,  if  the  front  end  of 

the material is useable, the first cut is counted, or 
otherwise 

NOT COUNTED

. The function is preset. If 

the  front‐end  material  is  good  press,  press  NOT 

COUNTED

  after  the  cutting  is  started.  It  will  then 

show 

COUNTED

.  This  function  is  effective  only 

when  pressing 

COUNTED/NOT  COUNTED

  directly 

after the auto cycle cutting is started.

BAND SPEED

. Displays the band speed in m/min or 

in feet/min. depending on machine setting. 

14.

 

PHOTOCELL  ON/OFF

.  To  turn  the  out‐of‐stock 

photo switch OF or ON. 

 

Press  the  FN  key  and  select  F1  will  bring  the 
operator back to the View Screen. 

 

Press  the  FN  key  and  select  F2  brings  the 
operator to the Run Screen.
