User
Your have the option to:
•
Click “Cancel”, which returns you to “User Management Main Screen”
•
Enter the Name, User ID and Password of a new user. The application will check for correct
entry as follows:
o
First name & Last Name: Alphanumerical max 34 characters in total
o
User ID: Alphanumerical max 34 characters. If no User ID is entered, DMT will
automatically set “GivenName_Family Name” as user ID.
o
Password: Numerical, must be 4 digits (i.e. 0000-9999). If no password is entered, the
application assumes “0000”.

Select “User Type” in order to set the “user privileges” for this user (
for details, please refer to
chapter 7.4 “User Profiles & Privileges” below
)
•
Click “Save”, which stores the updated data records in the instrument
