Action Data
•
You may click the “Edit” symbol at the end of an existing row to edit any of the Action Data
instances. This will bring up the “Action Data text editor” (
please chapter 5.7.8
)

You may click the “Edit” symbol at the last empty row to add a new Action Data instance. You
may define up to 24 Action Data instances for each substance.
•
You may click the red “X” in front of an “Action Data” row in order to delete the selected Action
Data instance.
•
You may click the “Help” symbol, which provides a pop-up window with some general
guidance in regards to what “Action Data” is and how it may be used.
NFPA Diamond
•
You may click the “Drop-down List” for any of the NFPA Diamond’s “Fire”, “Health” and
“Reactivity” quadrants in order to set the correct NFPA hazard class for your substance.
•
The “Special” quadrant has some standard abbreviations, which may be selected. You can
also enter a “free text” abbreviation should you not find the applicable choice among the pre-
defined options.
•
You may click the “Help” symbol which provides a pop-up window with some general guidance
in regards to the NFPA Diamond
Cancel
•
Cancel returns you to “View Substance Screen” without saving any of the data.
Save
•
Save returns you to “View Substance Screen” after first storing your edited data to the library
on the instrument.
