Warning: This elliptical has a gross product weight of 115kg and as such we don’t
recommend moving it once installed. However, in the event that you need to safely move it
across the room, your EMX-800 comes with transport wheels located at the front of the
machine. With the help of another person, both bending your knees and gripping the handle
on the rear stabiliser (A), keep your backs straight and use your leg muscles to lift the
machine until it tilts up onto the transport wheels. Now, you can carefully move the elliptical
to a desired location and slowly lower it to the floor when in the desired position. Make sure
you keep your back straight while lifting and lowering to avoid injury.
