WATT Mode
The amount of power you produce whilst you train can be measured in Watts. The higher the
figure, the more power you are producing and therefore the harder you are working.
Watts are a way to measure the intensity of your performance during your workout.
Select the Watt mode from the available programs and confirm by pressing ENTER. Use +/-
keys or v/ʌ keys to set a target Watt value from 25~400 (Fig. 17) and press ENTER to confirm
your selection. After setting TIME/DISTANCE/CALORIES/PULSE, press START to start the
workout. The machine will automatically adjust the resistance to maintain your power output
at the specified target value.
