Pre-Set Programs
When in the main menu, press the MODE key or +/- keys to select one of the 12 pre-set
programs (Coach). Each of the programs has 20 sections. The overall time of the workout is
divided equally among each section (e.g. if the workout time is set to 20 minutes, then each
section is 1 minute).
The program numbers P1-P12 will flash until you make a selection (Fig. 10). Press ENTER to
confirm your choice and the console will display the program profile accordingly (Fig.11 & 12).

After choosing a workout, press ENTER to set the workout target (TIME/DISTANCE/
CALORIES/PULSE) or press START to begin your workout.
Press the +/- keys or v/ʌ keys to adjust the values and confirm by pressing the ENTER
button. Then, press START to begin the workout. The elliptical will count down from the
target you set (and count up from 0 for the values with no pre-set target). The pre-set
programs are scalable so the intensity level of each one can be adjusted during training. To
change the Resistance and Incline levels during exercise press +/- or Quick Resistance keys
and v/ʌ or Quick Incline keys.
