Displays the theoretical calorie count or target calorie
countdown.
Count up – with no pre-set target: Time will count up from
00:00 to a maximum of 99:59. Count down - If training with a
pre-set target time: Time will count down from your pre-set
level to 00:00. Target time can be set in increments of 1
minute from 01:00 to 99:00
Displays pulse data (this data is a rough guide for
comparing different exercise sessions and must not be used
for medical purposes). User may set up a target pulse from
30 to 240.
Displays your total distance or target distance countdown.
Displays the incline level.
Displays the current training speed.
Displays current Rotations per Minute.
Shows the current resistance level.
Displays current workout Watts output.

Handlebar Controls
The elliptical features controls on the handlebars for increasing and decreasing
resistance and incline more conveniently during workout. They function in the same
way as the +/- resistance buttons and v/ʌ incline buttons on the console.
