5.3.2 

Selección directa de tarea de solda-
dura (método 1)

La fuente de corriente de soldadura no puede 

encontrarse en el modo job o en el modo robot 

para la selección directa de la tarea de solda-
dura. Si la fuente de corriente de soldadura 

se encuentra en modo job, pulse la tecla JOB 

hasta que este se cancele.
Si la fuente de corriente de soldadura se en-
cuentra en modo robot, desconecte el cable de 
alimentación eléctrica del robot o desconecte 
la señal SBY activa del robot.

Este método para la selección directa de tareas 
de soldadura se lleva a cabo de la siguiente 
manera:

1.  Pulse la techa F (1) hasta que el LED del 

método de soldadura deseado se encienda.

2.  Pulse la tecla «Material» (2) hasta que se 

encienda el LED de la combinación de 
material/gas deseada.

3.  Pulse la tecla «Diámetro de hilo» (6) hasta 

que se encienda el LED del diámetro de 
hilo deseado.

4.  Con la rueda pulsable de la izquierda (7), 

ajuste o bien la velocidad del devanador de 
hilo, el espesor del material o la corriente 
de soldadura; el valor se muestra en el indi-
cador situado encima de la rueda pulsable. 
Manteniendo pulsada la rueda pulsable, se 
selecciona el parámetro deseado.

5.  Ajuste el voltaje de soldadura con la rueda  

pulsable de la derecha (8) y el efecto de 
estrangulación; el valor se muestra en el  
indicador situado encima de la rueda pulsa-
ble. Manteniendo pulsada la rueda pulsable, 
se selecciona el parámetro deseado.

*La soldadura WIG no está disponible en estos 
momentos.

Direct welding task selection 
(method 1)

The  robotic  welding  power  source  may 

not  be  in  job  mode  or  robotic  mode  for  the 

direct  welding  task  selection.  If  the  robotic 

welding  power  source  is  in  job  mode,  press 

the JOB key until the JOB is cancelled. 

If the robotic welding power source is in robotic 

mode, either disconnect the connecting cable 

from  the  robot  or  switch  off  the  Signal  SBY 

active from the robot.

You can carry out this method for the direct 
selection of the welding task as follows.

1.  Press the F key (1) until the LED of the 

desired welding procedure illuminates.

2.  Press the “Material” key (2) until the LED 

of the desired gas/material combination 
illuminates.

3.  Press the wire diameter key (6) until the LED 

of the desired wire diameter illuminates.

4.  Using the left rotary pressure adjuster (7) 

either set the wire feeding speed, the thick-
ness of the material or the welding current. 
The value is displayed in the display above 
the rotary pressure adjuster. Select the 
desired parameter by pressing and holding 
the rotary-pressure adjuster.

5.  Using the right rotary pressure adjuster 

(8) set the welding voltage and the throttle 
effect. The value is displayed in the dis-
play above the rotary pressure adjuster. 
Select the desired parameter by pressing 
and holding the rotary-pressure adjuster.

  *TIG welding is currently not available.

Direkte Schweißaufgabenanwahl 
(Weg 1)

Die Roboterschweißstromquelle darf sich für 

die direkte Schweißaufgabenanwahl nicht im 

Jobbetrieb  oder  im  Roboterbetrieb  befinden. 

Befindet sich die Roboterschweißstromquelle 

im Jobbetrieb, drücken Sie die Taste JOB so-

lange bis der JOB abgebrochen wird.

Befindet sich die Roboterschweißstromquelle 

im  Roboterbetrieb,  ziehen  Sie  entweder  das 

Verbindungskabel zum Roboter ab oder schal-
ten das Signal SBY-Aktiv vom Roboter aus ab.

Diesen Weg für die direkte Schweißaufgaben-
anwahl führen Sie wie folgt aus.

1.  Drücken Sie die Taste F (1) bis die LED des 

gewünschten Schweißverfahrens leuchtet.

2.  Drücken Sie die Taste "Material" (2) 

bis die LED der gewünschten Gas/
Materialkombination leuchtet.

3.  Drücken Sie die Taste Drahtdurchmesser 

( 6 )   b i s   d i e   L E D   d e s   g e w ü n s c h t e n 
Drahtdurchmessers leuchtet.

4.  Stellen Sie mit dem linken Dreh-Drück- 

Steller (7) entweder die Drahtvorschub-
geschwindigkeit, die Materialstärke oder 
den Schweißstrom ein, der Wert wird in 
der Anzeige über dem Dreh-Drück-Steller 
angezeigt. Durch langes drücken des Dreh-
Drück-Stellers wählen Sie den gewünschten 
Parameter aus.

5.  Stellen Sie mit dem rechten Dreh-Drück- 

Steller (8) die Schweißspannung und die  
Drosselwirkung ein, der Wert wird in der  
Anzeige über dem Dreh-Drück-Steller 
angezeigt.Durch langes drücken des Dreh-
Drück-Stellers wählen Sie den gewünschten 
Parameter aus.

*WIG-Schweißen steht zur Zeit nicht zur Verfügung.
