DINO 240RXT

20.3 CONTROL CENTRE 1 (OK1)

AD:

Level display of the lift. Indicates the level position of the machine with illuminated led-lights.

As the machine is in the level position, only the red led in the middle of the display will be
illuminated.

H1:

Signal light. The alarm display, the reason can be checked on the MDM display on the platform

control panel.

H4:

Signal light for the outrigger limit switches. Lights up if all outrigger limit-switches have closed.

H5:

Signal light for glowing. The light is illuminated as the key switch is turned to position Glowing.

The light only indicates that the key is in the glowing position, not e.g. how for long the glowing
current has been on.

K22 and K23

: The operating relays for the inductive limit-switches RK9 and RK10 of the platform

swing (right - left) linear motor.

LX-A1:

Joystick, right.

puomi: ylös-alas ja kääntö oikea-vasen
driving: drive forward - backward, swing right - left

LX-A0:

Joystick, left. Telescope out - in and articulated arms up - down.

MDM:

Display unit. The display includes a bus software which controls the operation of the devices.

Various measurements and adjustments can be carried out using the display unit.

Q1: Switch lock: Operation is only possible in the same operating position where the lift was started.

Position 0 = all electricity switched off

Position 1 = switches on the voltage to the control circuit of the main relay, the normal
operating position.

Position 2 = switches on the engine glowing.

Position 3 = start

S4:

Locking EMERGENCY STOP button.

Stops all other functions except the emergency descent and the sound signal, which remain
operational.

S11:

Non-locking button for emergency descent.

S12:

Non-locking button for signal horn.

S21:

Non-locking lever switch. Control switch for outrigger 1

S22:

Non-locking lever switch. Control switch for outrigger 2

S23:

Non-locking lever switch. Control switch for outrigger 3

S24:

Non-locking lever switch. Control switch for outrigger 4

S25:

Non-locking lever switch for platform levelling. The levelling operates as the lever switch is turned

to the desired direction. The levelling can be operated with the emergency descent system.
