Getting Started
Computer Security
Your Digital AlphaStation 400 Series system includes several security features. See your
operating system documentation for more information on the availability and use of these
options.
Chassis Lock
To avoid theft of internal components, your Digital AlphaStation 400 Series system comes
with a chassis key lock, which is located on the back of your system box. When this lock
is in the locked position, no one else can open the system box. Store the key in a safe
place.
Security Loop
Your system comes with a built-in security loop, which discourages theft of your system
unit.
Passwords
You can set your system for screen saver and pause screen passwords.
