States and Indicator Meanings

This chapter describes the several operting and functional states relative to the
printer working. It also describes the indicators meanings, considering both
normal and fault conditions.

Operating States

- ON LINE

On-Line

indicator lit

The printer is ready to receive data.

- OFF LINE

On-Line

indicator off

State imposed by the operator, who has pressed the

On-Line

button. Any printing operation is suspended.

Return the printer to the ON LINE operating state by
pressing the

On-Line

button.
