5.0  User Interface

5.1    One Time Setting (OTS) Screens

Can only be entered from power on transition

Functionality

If the Label Present sensor is installed on the unit, press the button 

below the text until it displays “Yes”. 

If the Auto Retract sensor is installed on the unit, press the button 

below the text until it displays “Yes”.

If the Label Low sensor is installed on the unit, press the button below 

the text until it displays “Yes”.

The choices are left and right handed, based on the direction of the 

drive module on the baseplate. This is determined by facing in the 

direction of the feed of the labels. If the drive module is right of the 

baseplate, then the configuration is Right-Handed. If the drive module 

is left of the baseplate, then select Left-Handed.

The system detects a missing label on the liner roll after each label 

feed. The system can allow the missing label, and advance to the next 

position when Missing Label is set to warning. This will display on the 

user interface and light the warning tower yellow. If Error is selected, 

the system will halt operation on a missing label.
