Intercom message/speed dialling

Service menu

Intercom 
messages

You can send spoken messages to individual comfort telephones or to a team. The way the destination tele-
phone reacts to your messages may differ:

- Messages without intercom function: The called party hears your message on the loudspeaker of the tele-

phone and can answer by picking up his/her handset. 

- Message with intercom function: The called party hears your message on the loudspeaker of the tele-

phone and can answer directly via the built-in microphone of the telephone. Before this mode can be acti-
vated, the called party must have enabled the intercom facility (cf. page C-48).

- Message within a team: If immediate acoustic (ring) signalling to TEAM or  MULTIPLE-INTERNAL keys of

telephones which have been assigned to a team is activated, the spoken message is sent to all of these
telephones simultaneously.
