Diverting calls

Service menu

Forwarding calls

Calls to your own INTERNAL/EXTERNAL keys can be automatically redirected to and received at another
telephone after a specified time (as configured by the service engineer). The call is switched to the other
phone after the specified time has elapsed, and only that telephone will ring.

The DeTeWe service department can configure either fixed or variable call forwarding. You cannot alter the
settings for fixed call forwarding. You can, however, activate or deactivate variable call forwarding ...
