Making and receiving calls
You can transfer an internal or an external call to another system telephone, either internally or
externally (e.g. mobile phone). If you transfer a call to an external telephone, the costs of the
second, external, connection are charged to you.
HRT
You are making a call. Press the query key. Dial the desired internal number.

If necessary, announce the call. Replace the handset.
HR9
You are making a call. Press the query key. Dial line ID, e.g. 9.
Ta
Dial the desired external number. If necessary, announce the call. Replace
the handset.
If you would like other persons present in the room to listen in on your call, you can switch on
the loudspeaker.
HL
You are telephoning using the handset. Press the loudspeaker key. The
loudspeaker is switched on.
LH
Press the loudspeaker key again.

If your device has no special loudspeaker key, you can switch the loud-
speaker on and off by pressing the key combination: program key, numeral
keys 0, 6.
You can redial the previous number by simply pressing a single key.
AW
Lift the handset. Press the repeat dialling key.
Each new number to be dialled overwrites the number previously stored in the repeat dialling
memory.
