Important system facilities

If you wish to activate internal call diversion for your telephone from another telephone, you
must first enable your own telephone for this kind of call diversion.

On your own telephone:

 Press the program key, followed by the numeral

keys  7, 6 . Press the program key again. You can now activate call
diversion for your telephone from another telephone.

On the other telephone:

 Press the program key. Press numeral keys  7, 4.

Dial your own number. Press the program key. All calls intended for you are
now signalled on this telephone.

 Press the program key. Press numeral keys  7, 4.

Enter the number of the telephone from which the calls are being diverted.
Press the program key.

The service department can configure the system so that you can divert all calls intended for a
certain telephone to your telephone. In this case, the other telephone does not first have to be
enabled.

On your own telephone:

  Press the program key. Press numeral keys  7, 5.

Press the program key. The same sequence switches the function off again.

All call diversion settings (including enabling of ”follow me“ function) are deleted on your own
telephone.
