Important system facilities
If an internally called extension is busy, or there is no reply, you can place a call-back
request. Up to four call-back requests are allowed per extension. A special dialling tone
reminds you that you have placed a call-back request.

You have called another extension internally. The line is busy or there is no
reply. Press the call-back key or press the program key, select the numeral
key 1 and replace the handset. If you have programmed this facility to a
key with an LED, the LED will light up.

When the desired extension is free again, or the respective telephone is
used, your telephone rings with a special ring signal. Lift the handset. The
number of the extension you are trying to call is dialled again automatically.
Once you have spoken to the various people on the desired extensions, you can delete all
call-back requests in one single step.

Press the program key, followed by the numeral keys 8,6, then press the
program key again. All call-back requests are deleted.
If you do not wish to be disturbed, you can activate call protection for your telephone.

You can engage Do not disturb as a permanent function. To do so, press the
program key.

enter 53 on the keypad and then press the
program key.

For external calls only:
enter 52 on the keypad, press the program key.

To remind you that the facility is enabled, you will hear a special dialling tone when you Lift
the handset; if the function is programmed to a key with LED, then the LED will light up.
When you wish to receive calls again, simply deactivate the Do not disturb facility.
