Making and receiving calls
Ten individual telephone numbers can be stored as short dialling codes and then called up
again using a specific combination of keys.
PK
It is irrelevant whether the handset is on or off its cradle. Press the program
key and the short dialling code key.
TP
Select the short dialling code 0 - 9, enter the number to be called, together
with its line ID (max. 24 characters) and press the program key again.
AKT
Lift the handset. Press the short dialling code key. Select the short dialling
code 0 - 9. The number is dialled.
The external numbers of your company’s most important contacts can be stored in the central
memory of your PABX system. When you want to dial one of these numbers.

Lift the handset. Press the program key. Press the numeral keys 7, 2.
Select a two or three digit short dialling code. Make your call.
In addition to the10 short dialling codes, you can also use the freely programmable function
keys as dialling keys, provided that these have not been loaded with permanent functions.
The stored numbers can be dialled with a simple keystroke.
