Important system facilities
You can divert calls to an external telephone (e.g. mobile telephone). First of all, the number
to be called must be stored as a central short dialling code. The charges for the connection to
the new dialling are accounted to your PABX system. You can choose whether only internal,
only external or all calls are to be diverted. A special dialling tone reminds you that call
diversion is active.

• If you use this type of call diversion regularly, it is advisable to program the function to one
single key
together with the dialling number
(cf. page 16). In this way, call diversion
can be switched on or off with one single keystroke.
• Even if you have no function key for call diversion because you have changed the key lay-
out, you can still divert calls. Instead of pressing the call diversion key, press the program
key, followed by the number 2, to activate the function. Then continue as described
above. Call diversion is switched off again with program key, 2, program key.
• If you omit to select the type of call diversion using the key sequence: asterisk, 1 to 3,
then all calls will be diverted, unless a previous setting is still programmed, in which case
this remains valid.
