Programming
All programming procedures are introduced and concluded by pressing the program key.
The right-hand LED blinks on and off while programming is in progress. If you lift the handset
or replace it while programming is being carried out, the procedure is aborted. Incorrect
input is indicated by an intermittent beep signal. If there is an incoming call during
programming, you can store the entries made so far and answer the call. Otherwise all
entries made up to this point are lost.
You can switch preselected dialling mode on and off. Preselected dialling means that you
can, for example, dial numbers without first picking up the handset and that dialling does not
commence until you lift the handset or press the loudspeaker key. When preselected dialling
is switched off, dialling starts as soon as the first numeral key is pressed and the loudspeaker
is switched on automatically.
