Important system facilities
If your telephone is configured in a hunt group (several extensions have one collective
number) you can prevent calls from being directed to your telephone when you are not
present. If you wish to program this function to a key, you should choose a key with LED, so
that the LED lights up when you switch over to absent and goes off again when you switch to
present.
P3P
Press the program key, then numeral key 3. Press the program key again.
Now no calls addressed to the hunt group are directed to your phone.
P3P
You return to your desk/office and wish to receive hunt group calls again.
Press the program key, then the numeral key 3. Press the program key a
second time. Now you can receive calls for the hunt group again.
When the night service extension is switched on, all calls to the switchboard are diverted to
another extension, e.g. the watchman. You can pick up these calls on your telephone and
pass them on to other extensions. In order to do this, the night service extension must have
been enabled for the ”follow me“ function.

On your own telephone:
Press the program key, then numeral keys 7, 4.
Dial the number of the night service extension. Press the program key. All
calls for the night extension are now signalled on this phone.
If the switchboard of your PABX system is not manned, all calls can be indicated by a central
ringing signal. You can pick up and answer such calls, and if you wish, pass them on to other
extensions. The procedure is described below.
A99
The central ringing signal indicates that someone is trying to make a call. Lift
the handset. Enter 99 on the keypad. You are connected with the caller.
In your PABX system, some extensions can be configured to accept intercom messages. This
means that you can pass spoken messages to these extensions.
