ONNECTION TO A PRINTER

The HD2010UC/A sound level meter can

print the levels displayed in a format compatible
with a portable 24 column printer, such as the
HD40.1.

Printer and sound level meter must be config-
ured properly.

Sound level meter configuration

Set the parameter MENU >> Instrument >> In-
put/Output >> RS232 Baud Rate to: 38.4k

Set the parameter MENU >> Instrument >> In-
put/Output >> Serial Device to: PRINTER.

Printer configuration

The printer Baud Rate

must be the same

of the

sound level meter (38400 baud).

Data bits: 8.

Parity: None

Stop bits: 1.

Handshaking: Xon/Xoff

Autofeed: Enabled.

Connect the HD2010UC/A sound level meter to the printer by means of the special

HD2110RS

ca-

ble.
Follow the instructions in the documentation supplied with the printer.
