Disassemble the air filter

to be replaced and plug in a new filter;

Restore the filter plastic frame.
Note: In the air condition room, life time of the filter is 1 years.

2. Check the connection

Follow 10-1 maintenance SOP and turn the system power off.

Take all the safety measures.

Check whether the external power cable and controller are connected well.
3. Dielectric withstanding Test
The procedures are as follows:

Step1: Disconnect the filed input and output cable;

Step2: Short the field input terminals (3 phase) ;

Step3: Short the filed output terminals (3 phase);

Step4: Short transformer auxiliary winding terminals (3 phase), and grounding;

Step5: Short all power cell input terminals and output terminals;

Step6: Disconnect neutral grounding resistor which connected to power cell
U1/V1/W1 if there is a resister, disconnect surge arrestor, input and output voltage
divider from high voltage terminal.
If the input voltage and output voltage rating are not the same, conduct the dielectric
withstand test separately.

Step7: Based on step3, connect the output terminal to ground.

Step8: Measure the insulation resistance between input terminal and ground using
a 1000V megger, the resistance should greater than 100MΩ.

Step9: Apply power frequency high voltage which is listed in the table below at the
input terminal with respect to ground for 60S, no breakdown or flashover occurs.

Step10: Measure insulation resistance again. The resistance should greater than
100MΩ, and the variation should less than 30% compared with the data got at first
