There are no user guidelines for this command.

The following example configures the https port number to 100.

The

ip https exec-timeout

Global Configuration mode command sets the interval the system waits for

user input before automatically loging off. Use the

form of this command to return to default.

Syntax

ip https exec-timeout

no ip https exec-timeout

Parameters

•

minutes

— Integer that specifies the number of minutes. (Range: 0 - 65535)

•

seconds

— Additional time intervals in seconds. (Range: 0 - 59)

Default Configuration

The default configuration is the exec-timeout that was set by the

ip http exec-timeout

command.

Command Mode

Global Configuration mode.

User Guidelines

•

This command also configures the exec-timeout for HTTPS in case the the HTTPS timeout was not
set.To specify no timeout, enter the command

ip https exec-timeout 0 0

Example

The following example the interval the system waits for user input before automatically loging off to
