Command Modes

IC (Interface Configuration) Mode

tacacs-server source-ip

Specifies the source IP address that will be used for the communication
with TACACS servers.

tacacs-server timeout

Sets the timeout value.

tacacs-server host

Specifies a host.

tunnel isatap query-interval

Configures the interval between DNS Queries (before the IP address of
the ISATAP router is known) for the automatic tunnel router domain
name.

tunnel isatap robustness

Configures the number of DNS Query/Router Solicitation refresh
messages that the device sends.

tunnel isatap solicitation-
interval

Configures the interval between ISATAP router solicitations messages
(when there is no active ISATAP router).

username

Establishes a username-based authentication system.

vlan database

Enters the VLAN Database Configuration mode.

wrr-queue cos-map

Maps assigned CoS values to select one of the egress queues.

Command

Description

back-pressure

Enables Back Pressure on a given interface.

channel-group

Associates a port with a Port-channel.

clear host dhcp

Sets an IP address on the device.

description

Adds a description to an interface.

dot1x auth-not-req

Enables unauthorized users access to that VLAN

dot1x guest-vlan

Defines a Guest VLAN.

dot1x guest-vlan enable

Enables unauthorized users on the interface an access to the Guest VLAN.

dot1x mac-authentication

Enables authentication based on the station’s MAC address.

dot1x radius-attributes vlan

Enables user-based VLAN assignment.

dot1x traps mac-authentication
failure

Enables sending traps when a MAC address was failed in authentication of
the 802.1X MAC authentication access control.

dot1x max-req

Sets the maximum number of times that the switch sends an EAP -
request/identity frame to the client, before restarting the authentication
process.

dot1x port-control

Enables manual control of the authorization state of the port

dot1x re-authentication

Enables periodic re-authentication of the client.
