Telnet: putting a tick in this box prevents Telnet access to the NVR unless a user name and
password has been created for Telnet access in the User Accounts page.
FTP: putting a tick in this box prevents FTP access to the NVR unless a user name and password has
been created for FTP access in the User Accounts page.
Config Menus: putting a tick in this box prevents access to the configuration pages of the NVR
unless a user name and password has been created for Config Menus access in the User Accounts
page.
Video View: putting a tick in this box prevents prevents remote users from logging in to view video
if no username/password is set up in the User Accounts page.
Click the Save button when you have finished, in order to save the changes that you have made.
Network
– ARC Configuration page
This page configures the details of the Remote Video Receiving Centres (RVRC) to which alarm
events will be reported by the NVR.
Two RVRC may be configured to allow for redundancy of signalling.
For each RVRC the following may be configured:
Host IP: The Static IP address of the RVRC.
Port: The Netowrk port of the RVRC to which alarm event notifications will be sent.
Username: The user name of the RVRC for this account.
Password: The password of the RVRC for this account.
ARC Description: A descriptive name for the RVRC.
Click the Save button when you have finished, in order to save the changes that you have made.
