At the end of the process the status should say
Upgrade Complete
and the cameras will now have
their upgraded software.
Record Settings
– Storage Statistics page
This page gives a visual indication of the level of activity of every camera in the system plus an
overall indication of average activity for all of the cameras together. The figures are calculated over
the last 60 days, or pro-rata if the system has been recording for less than 60 days.
Reset Statistics: resets all figures and starts the gathering of data once more.
Video Storage: Shows the amount of available hard disk storage.
Earliest Recordings: Shows the date of the earliest recording available on the NVR.
Estimated Recording Duration: An estimate of the period for which camera recordings are available,
before they are automatically overwritten.
Estimated Record Bit Rate: An estimation of the average overall bit rate.
Threshold: Is the threshold that will display red or green below. If a target of 25% is entered in this
field for event time then any channels with average activity above 25% will be coloured RED, and
those with average activity below 25% will be coloured GREEN.
Click on “Save” to save any changes made. If “Save” is not clicked then any changes made will not
be saved.
