Gas Valve
The gas valve ensures the supply of gas pressure in front of the burner nozzles and
designed to control its regulation.
The gas valve (Fig. 1) consists of two solenoid valves and a gas pressure regulator.
The gas valve has the following elements. Gas inlet, gas outlet, inlet gas pressure
measuring place, outlet gas pressure measuring place, solenoid, coil, 1st stage gas
pressure setting, largest stage gas pressure setting, home connection.

Connection Requirements

Installation of valve block should be done by Daygas Authorized Service.

Before connecting the valve block to the gas pipeline, the gas pipeline must be
cleaned and degassed.
» Gas valve and natural gas line connection should be made with G3/4’’ flex.
» When tightening the threaded connections, a flex gasket should be placed be-
tween the gas valve and the pipeline.
»
The gas flow direction must match the arrow on the lower surface of the valve
block.
» When connecting the gas valve, dust, dirt, liquid drugs used in the connection
materials, etc. materials should not be missed.
