It is the part of the circuit that can only be found in semi-hermetic devices and allows
the electronic board to check whether there is a problem in the gas path, thanks to
the positive pressure it receives from the fan. It is also known as the fan guard.
If the maintenance of the devices is not done regularly, airflow problems in the combi
boiler will occur and this may damage the air process.
E2 fault warning code and warning light are given on the devices in case of prosestat
faults.When the air processor malfunctions, this warning code or warning light
appears on the screen of the devices. When the air temperature is broken, the
devices do not work.

The ignition unit is a high-voltage spark plug combined with a flame sensor (ionization
sensor) in a housing.The ignition block has a plate in the holes to which two ceramic
insulators are fixed. A high-voltage spark plug electrode is attached to one insulator
and a flame sensor is attached to the other. A ground electrode is welded to the plate
between the insulators.The fastening of a high-voltage wire to the spark plug is
carried out with a nut. A plug wire is permanently attached to the flame sensor bar.
The distance between the spark plug electrode and the ground electrode should be

The distance between the spark plug electrodes and the ceramic tiles should be
