Required Activities

Perform an external inspection to determine the mechanical damage to the device,
open the intervention cover of the device and make sure that there are no cracks
or damage.

Check the condition of the ignition rods for signs of damage from exposure to high
temperatures.
»
Ensure timely replacement of defective parts. prevent the heater from working
make sure there are no foreign objects.
»
Clean the outer surfaces from dust and dirt, wipe the reflective surfaces of the
reflectors with a dry and soft cloth.
»
Clean the inside of the heater by blowing compressed air at a pressure of 0.4-
0.5 MPA through a 3 mm nozzle. Blow through the openings of the tiles from the
outside, then from the inside through the opening of the mixing tube. Evacuate to
run until there is no dust exit from the heater. The frequency of cleaning the interior
depends on the degree of dust in the room.
Attention! In seasonal usage conditions of the heater, the device is not inactive

with cloths or take various measures to prevent insects and other organic matter

Check all electrical connections, check the grounding of the device.

Check the tightness of all threaded connections of the heater and gas pipeline.

Check the operation of automation and security systems. Clean the inside of the
