You may not have restarted Windows after you

installed the driver. Restart Windows and try

printing a card.

successfully. Close all applications

and restart the PC.

Restart Windows, and then open the printing

application.

Reinstall the driver:

Uninstall the print driver from the PC.

Restart Windows.

Run the Cleanup Utility.

Reinstall the driver.
